I'm your host Kory Muscarra and in today's episode we're going to talk about why, where focus goes, your energy flows.

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay, we focus goes, energy flows.

What do we mean by this?

Well, what you attend to does begin to become your reality. It's what

you ruminate more on. It's what becomes the narrative in your mind and it will also condition

the emotions that you experience.

And so if you think of your attention as a camera or video camera let's say, if you go into any sort of space,

there are going to be different places that you could direct that camera.

And based on what you're looking at, it will inform the experience that you perceive.

And so if you go outside and there's a couple sitting on the lawn and a park

and they seem to be really getting along and you're just focusing on that.

You might have this experience of a sense of love or connection or a happiness for these people.

If you're looking at this couple,

but then it triggers something within you

of a sense of not having that or wanting that and you start focusing on that lack and then the

imagery in your mind is you being alone and that becomes the thing that you fuel, well then that's going to be where your energy goes.

Or you could be looking at this couple sitting in the park, but you could turn around,

and you might see something else entirely maybe

there's just this big tree and you're looking at the tree and you're holding it in

your awareness the color the bigness of it, the bark, the leaves, maybe the leaves
