I've created a website, and it's doing doing pretty well and I'm looking to expand my

brand a little bit by creating a second site. However, this second site will require some programming

that I do not know how to do. So my question is, where would you recommend that I start looking for programmers?

And then roughly how much would you say I could expect to pay for a small one-time job from said programmers?
