Hello, friends, welcome back to another solo episode of the Speeasy podcast.

I really did not predict that 2026 was going to have as many of these as it already has.

But I think as I, like, slow down and as my content changes so much of it I just like it's too

long to fit in even an Instagram post and so I keep finding myself just wanting to grab the

camera on the mic and yap about it long form today we're going to talk about two things

that are consistently in my DMs or in

any question box that I post. And it is where to start in the Bible, where to start with reading the

Bible and questions about journaling. The journaling portion, I have a lot, a lot of thoughts about.

And I've been journaling for as long as I could write

almost. And so we're going to get into that in a second. If you are someone that has read the

Bible in the past and now it feels stale, or you're new to it, those are the two kind of camps

that it seems to be consistently showing up as people that

maybe grew up in the church, have a lot of experience and exposure with the Bible. And now,

if we're honest, I think it maybe can get a little bit too familiar. It can feel like if,

if, sometimes we can be like, oh, I've read it all.

I've just seen it all.

No, you haven't.

You definitely haven't.

I just want to reassure you of that.

I think even the most prolific Bible readers will tell you there is always something.

The spirit is always revealing new things in scripture.
