with a little added motivation to get out the door and take the walk.

Got an email last month from Sarah in Texas, read the email, and there was an aspect of the email that I focused on during that particular episode, but there's another aspect of

Sarah's email that I want to focus on this time and expand it just a bit.

So here's what Sarah from Texas wrote, or part of what she wrote.

Sarah says it's really extraordinary to me how I can be walking in Texas and you can be walking

in South Carolina and other people can be walking all over the country and we are all somehow

connected because we are walkers. I love that. I love knowing that there are people not just around the country,

but around the world, who are listening to this podcast, and even though most likely

they are walking solo, as I am am right now we're really walking together

it's this growing worldwide community of people who love walking and are

enjoying this walk and are also enjoying the benefits of a daily commitment to walking.

So what I want to do today is expand on what Sarah said and let you know where people are listening.
