at around this time, I committed one of the gravest faux paths of my so-called career.

I was not aware of the game called Whamageddon before playing out a certain track on the program.

I can't even remember why we never play out music.

Unless we're

actually taking the Mickey out of the old-fashioned radio phone-in programs that would, you know,

have a little snatch of a pop song in order to set up the topic under discussion. We never

actually do it. I cannot for the life of me remember why I played out last Christmas by Wham

last year. But what it did was ruin the life of me remember why I played out last Christmas by Wham last year. But what it did

was ruin the attempts of thousands of people to get as far into December as possible without

hearing that song. Because people, you actually had people think, oh, I'll listen to LBC for a while,

because they won't be playing it. Everyone else was. So the game is you go as far into December as you can without hearing last Christmas.

I heard it last week, actually.

They were playing it in a supermarket, but that doesn't count.

It starts today.

But anyway, we digress slightly.

So I will definitely not be doing that.

I did talk to the producer about the possibility of doing it

for entirely vicious reasons, like literally just doing it deliberately on purpose to, but that's
