0:14.0	police encounters that have been all over the news over the past few days.
0:18.0	The question I kept finding myself asking when I was watching
0:22.0	the video of the lieutenants who gets pulled over by the cops
0:27.0	he's in military fatigues, I've one of the troops.
0:33.0	He's being treated trash by the cops and not like just as a troop.
0:37.0	As a human being he's being treated like trash.
0:39.0	They claimed they were afraid but there's only one person exhibiting fear in that video and it's him.
0:44.0	And I found myself watching that video over and over again
0:50.0	and I realized it's because I had one question that
0:55.0	they kept on nagging in my brain and the question was,
0:59.0	where are the good apples?
1:05.0	Because we're told time and time again that these incidents that black Americans are experiencing
1:10.0	are because of bad apples.
1:12.0	Right? They're all bad apples in these police departments who are doing these things.
1:16.0	They use chokeholds that are not allowed.
1:18.0	They use excessive force.
1:20.0	They're violence and they're words and they're actions so the people they're
1:23.0	mentally protecting and serving. These are bad apples.
