You know if you see your child get stuck solving a problem and you know how to solve a problem

it might be easy to download to say this is the way to do it but that may not be the best for your child.

Danny how have you dealt with this as a parent or seen others do it effectively?

Yeah, others, right?

Yeah, I'll just jump in to our own home.

I think that it's tough not to just jump in and say, hey, here's a solution.

Let's move on.

Let's go to the next thing.

But it's so important for our kids to learn how to solve issues they're facing so that

they continue to grow.

And my daughter, she's come with plenty of friend dynamic issues throughout the years and in

high school she had this one particular friend that had she was excited was going to be at her school and when she showed up she was she

brought her insecurities with her apparently and my daughter said hey that so-and-so

is really insecure and she's unloading her

insecurities and making fun of me in front of other friends of ours in order

to gain some friends and some power and I don't know what to do and so naturally you want to just

tell her hey you need to go one-on-one that's a friend of yours talk to her about

what's happening address insecurities that you're seeing.

But I said, hey, what do you think you should do?

She said, I don't want to say anything.

I don't want to do anything.
