Is your friend making a mistake and you really want to correct her?

My gosh, I can empathize with this.

When I've had friends who've dated real duds who disrespect them,

or when I have a friend who's like stuck in a career that's

sapping her soul but she hasn't got the courage you know this red-hot minute to go and

like start her own business or to try something new or even when someone is you know

maybe adopting a really unhealthy habit that I think is holding them back. I feel it in my body and

look old me would have given a lot of unsolicited advice.

Aragon, hey you listen up you can do better than him.

It's time for you to make a move. It's your time right now.

Okay, don't you see your greatness?

I even have had a couple of friends who've made really expensive mistakes in their business by trusting people who aren't really vetted, right?

Who maybe talk a big game and then just really don't deliver?

This happens a lot. Often people come to me when this happens too. They ask for my advice.

And it's almost as if in the moment I can see and sense that in my opinion right I'm humble enough to know this is my opinion

quote-unquote see that mistake but I have learned something along the way around this my friends right so I have this almost

a visceral reaction when I see someone making a quote-unquote mistake in my eyes that

you know dating that person staying stuck in that career, hiring someone who's just absolutely, let's just even say unethical, whatever it may be, I want to storm right in there and fix it up.

Right, that's a natural human inclination. And look, there is love attached to this, right?

So it's not negative that we want to go in and offer our ideas or offer a different way of doing things

but what I've learned is this this is why I don't step in unless I'm asked anymore.
