Hey there. Is there a project you're working on? I know more than you.

It's The Wally Show. Believe it or not, companies are still trying to coax their employees back into the office after many started working from home due to the pandemic.

It's kind of hard to believe for me. I know. We have a division and ours are digital people because digital you can do, you know, from home that they work from home a couple days a week too.

And then it infuriates us. We have to come in. And by us, mainly we mean Wally.

Yeah, sure. I mean, I just want things to be fair. If I got to come in here, so do you like my couch. Yeah, working from home is the best.

Yeah. And if you're in that situation and have run out of ideas on how to get your employees back in the office, here are top of the three top of things that work from home employees say would make them consider.

Oh, I love the employees now are telling employers, you know, here's what you're going to have to do for me if you want me to come in because they do have a point like if you can get your job done.

Yeah, like everything is done. Then what is the point of going through the traffic trying to get your way back into the office? Yeah, you kind of have to make it work for us.

It's a weird thing because you silo out that way and you yes, you can get your work done. But it also does other companies have found it does affect our team.

It does affect our morale and and you're not working with people you're working independently.

But if you're if you're working with, you know, let's say Rick, who always is microwaving fish in the microwave, you're like, I'd rather work from home because that's honestly hurting the team.

Okay, so here are the top three things. Number three, free food, lunch is cheaper when you're working from home because you just snack on things in the kitchen, you've already got it.

But if you have free food waiting for you at the office, you're like, I mean, I'll go in Betty would marry your company.

Oh, for sure. I'd be there every day. Even when I don't need to be.

Number two, make breaks mandatory. I think a lot of people feel pressured to have to keep working like they have to do it.

Yeah, well, because people are walking behind your cube or something and you feel like they're judging you. But if breaks are mandatory, then no one has the right to judge you.

Okay, that's interesting thought. And then number one was free drinks. So the favorite drinks while working include coffee tea and flavored water.

Like here at the station, they provide us these free things. And that is nice.
