It's about a season when my body was screaming at me and I had no idea my body was trying to tell me something. It was 2017. I was C-O-O-O of Propel Women. I had shut my company down to be able to build that ministry with Chris Kane. And I wasn't struggling. I was excelling, if I can say so myself. The work was meaningful. The team was

incredible. And every measure that mattered on paper, I was exactly where I should be, except I wasn't.

God had told me to leave, to walk away and rebuild my company from the ground up, and I did not want to do that.

I got a letter, I remember last December from Blue Cross Blue Shield that was saying that my
