Welcome to episode 86 of the Flying Free Podcast. Today I have with me a friend of mine,

Lynn and she is going to share her story. Her story is fascinating. It's got some interesting little

twists and turns to it. And I also just want to say that I know I've known Lynn

since the beginning of my own putting together the

Flying Free Program. She was in the beta program when we were, she was

willing to go through all of the stops and starts with me and a few other women and she has been a huge friend and

supporter of me and my work and of many of the women in the Flying Free Sisterhood

Program.

Hi Nally, I am so happy to be able to do this and hopefully I mean some of the things are strange and weird but I still

hope be an encouragement to other women.

That is definitely my main goal.

So, and I am a charter member of the Flying Free group.

I couldn't wait to get in.

In fact, I tried, I think I emailed you five times

because it's like I didn't get an answer right away. it's like oh my gosh did she really get my email that is so

funny I needed you desperately at the time and it's like yeah and maybe you can talk about like where that falls in your story when you're telling your story.

But I, you're also in, for those of you who are listening, Lynn also joined joined Lynn was ready to go at it again and

she joined my beta group for the Flying Higher program which isn't even released yet
