Summary

Sirius is no ordinary starfish: He has the special power to grant wishes! Well, other creatures’ wishes, that is. Sea animals from all across the ocean cast their wishes upon little Sirius, and he’s always happy to help… but he’s never able to grant one for his own self. That might just change with the help of Poppy the Lobster, Mazu the Mermaid, and, of course, the fantastical Festival of Wishes!
