0:19.0	Growth means your experiences have to change.
0:22.9	You have to step into new terrain.
0:25.6	When you step into new terrain, the most important aspect that you will have to
0:29.8	confront is that you do not know what to do with it, to start with.
0:35.6	So you will naturally seek familiar terrain.
0:39.3	When you seek familiar terrain, that means you are going in circles.
0:43.8	So the very longing to be secure will make you go in circles.
0:49.7	In term, going in circles essentially means you are not going anywhere.
0:55.3	Traditionally, this is called as samsara.
0:58.4	That means the cyclical process of life, punarapijananam, punarapimaranam.
1:04.5	If one has to grow, this cycle has to be broken.
1:08.7	To breaking this cycle means that you are not seeking security or you are not seeking

1:16.4	This does not mean you have to do wild things.
1:19.5	Essentially, if you are not identified with what you are comfortable with and what
