Ever since then, the hierarchy has been floating around in the back of my head.

One thing occurred to me. Have you guys considered the interaction between people at different

levels of the hierarchy or how close friends and family members can influence an individual's

place in the hierarchy? There's a friction that can develop between people at different levels,

and I wonder how to cope with it.
