| 0:29.6 | Today's walk is happening on a paved trail that has some pine needles on the trail, |
| 0:34.6 | which has a little bit of ambience. Maybe you can hear that, well, it's just me |
| 0:37.8 | scraping my, my shoes on the pavement, but there's some pine needles between my shoes and the |
| 0:44.6 | pavement. There's a grassy bank that's maybe five, seven yards between the edge of the paved trail and the edge of the lake. |
| 0:57.0 | And this is the lake that is behind our community. |
| 1:00.0 | It is a man-made lake, small to medium, but it's fun to walk along here and see the wildlife, typically ducks, geese, heron. |
| 1:16.4 | Every now and that, I'll see a beaver swimming in the lake. |
| 1:21.1 | Swans. We've got swans in the lake. |
| 1:24.2 | And so it's fun for me to walk along this trail and see what I can see. |
| 1:29.8 | Well, the other day I was on this trail and saw something that grabbed my attention |
| 1:35.3 | that I could not remember seeing before. |
| 1:37.3 | I probably have it just didn't grab my attention in the past the way it did the other day. |
| 1:46.0 | And there was four of them walking alongside the lake in the water but near the edge |
| 1:54.0 | and occasionally their heads would go down into the water. |
| 2:00.0 | It was sort of familiar but I couldn't place it. |
| 2:04.6 | So I pulled up Google on my phone and you can take a picture of something |
