When I was 18 before I went to Australia for my gap year, that actually resulted in me

remaining in Australia for seven years and even becoming an Australian citizen, I remember sitting in the travel agent's office and

there was a beautiful picture, a poster on the wall of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

And of course I was coming or living in a very small English town, right?

Like the weather's not so great in the UK as we all know. I had of

course had limited experience to traveling and being able to fulfill travel goals on my own at that young age.

But the picture on the wall it just spoke to me.

I had this like almost haunting but positive emotion when I looked at it, tugged at me it gave me shivers.

It said this, the sparkling water, the blue sky, these two monuments, the harbour bridge and the

opera house, it said,

when will you stop telling yourself,

one day I'll go to Australia?

Now, Australia isn't the point here, neither is the UK where that lovely poster was housed.

It's the question that's haunting, right? It's the question that can move us. It's the

question that speaks to the inner stirrings of our soul about what it is that we want because I can tell you this

if I was not interested in Australia I'd look at that poster blink have a sip of my you know

diet coke and go on my merry way I would not give an F, right?

But Australia did speak to me, obviously,

and I found a lot there.

Of course, my lovely husband, Heath, my Australian husband, and so many other blessings, my best friend Alexis.
