I want to talk about something that I've come across,

this is, think of a digital update of our beloved Alpine A110.

The rumor is, it's been reported a few places,

Auto Car UK and other places, is actually one of their renders,

that there is a new A110 coming, and it's going to be EV.

Alpine knows that the reason we like it so much is because it's light, right? Yes, they do. That's the key thing. Everyone likes it. So when I first hear, hey, we're taking our sports car and we're making it lighter. I mean, pardon me, we're taking our sports car, we're making it an EV. I think it's going to be nearly twice as heavy. Yeah. And the initial

comments from the CEO on this was that it's going to be lighter and hopefully coming out

before the upcoming EV version of the Cayman, which feels like a pretty low bar.

Which actually may not happen anymore.

Elsewhere in the interview, there was a comment about trying to keep this close to the weight of the outgoing A110.

If they really do that, the discussion in the article was they were going to try to make something that had that kind of weight that could accomplish three back-to-back laps of the ring and or a 300-mile range.
