| 1:26.1 | The question, what is your biggest challenge walking for fitness? |
| 1:34.3 | And I talked about one of those challenges a few days ago, which is finding the time. I did mention that there were several answers from folks saying that weather was their biggest challenge. |
| 1:53.1 | And, I mean, the reality is weather can be a determining factor, whether to get out and walk, |
| 1:58.4 | to move, or to stay inside where it's comfortable. |
| 2:05.6 | And, you know, we all have our own unique individual weather tastes. You know, for me, I would much rather be hot than cold. |
| 2:12.6 | I hate it when it's chilly or cold, and my ears, my head is exposed. |
| 2:23.0 | And while I've reached a place, a fitness momentum that, you know, that won't stop me. |
| 2:31.7 | I don't look at the weather forecast or walk outside and go, yippee, this will be great. |
| 2:40.0 | So weather can really be a factor. |
