Welcome back to Self Care Daily, my friends. Hello, hello. I hope you're doing so good today,

0:10.7

and I hope you had a restful weekend. I have our topic for our work of the week, our inner work,

0:17.3

our self-care practices. And I'm sitting here right now feeling really inspired. And the reason

0:23.4

I'm inspired is because I recently embarked on a brand new adventure to learn something new.

0:32.2

And I'm really thinking about that, the power of being in that beginner's mindset, how beautiful and important it is that we

1:20.1

beginner's mindset can feel a little bit daunting sometimes. And also, we have a million

1:24.9

reasons as to why we don't have time to learn new things.

1:28.4

So what I want to do this week is pose that question.

1:32.4

When was the last time you learned something new?

1:38.8

Exclusively on Disney Plus.

1:40.8

It's hard and it's brutal and that's what makes it special.

1:50.0

The multi-award winning series FX's The Bear is back for a brand new season. Upon my signal, unleash hell.

1:53.0

And every second counts.

1:56.0

When that shows zero, this restaurant ceases operations.

2:00.0

FX's the bear.
