| 1:01.8 | Our first meditation, as we've been discussing prudence is the art of making the right decisions |
| 1:08.0 | and it involves three steps to deliberate, meaning to gather all the information and then separate what's relevant from what's irrelevant, |
| 1:17.0 | and then make a judgment or a decision to choose a course of action, and then take action, follow through to completion. |
| 1:25.0 | But there are pitfalls that we can fall into when it comes to prudence, |
| 1:31.0 | and so today we meditate on some further advice on prudence. |
| 1:36.0 | First of all, put your hand to the plow and don't look back. |
| 1:40.6 | It's unwise to rethink a choice when you're in the process of carrying it out. |
| 1:46.0 | Think about it before you begin, and then just do it. Don't look back. |
| 1:51.0 | Take your time in consideration, but once you've reached a judgment, act quickly and decisively |
