So today's episode, I want to talk about something that is a little bit more heart led rather than head led. We talk about business on here. We talk about how to make more money on here and

all those types of things. But sometimes I put out episodes that are more from the heart for myself.

And this is definitely one of those episodes where I kind of want to talk about something that I have

been thinking about a lot lately and dealing

a lot lately with. And I've even talked to a lot of other people as well who are feeling the

exact same way. And it's something where, you know, I talk about social media a lot. I talk

about marketing a lot. I talk about how to build your brand on social media. And I

don't know about you, but I would be shocked if you weren't someone who has spent any amount

of time on social media in the past, a couple weeks to month. And you haven't felt heavy

about what is on social media these days and just the culture around

social media.

I think a lot of times social media brings out what is happening in our culture because it's

the way people can communicate.

It's the medium that people are communicating with one another, that where discourse is happening

where a lot of us get our news as well. And it's honestly so hard to avoid it. Like, I am not the biggest news person. I'm not the

biggest, I don't like go searching for headlines. I don't go looking for everything that's happening

in the world. But it's been nearly impossible for me to not hear so many different things that come out. And a lot of it

is dark. And it's like everywhere to the point where you just have to say enough. You know what I mean?

Like at what point do we just stop consuming it and stop swiping endlessly or sorry, not swiping

scrolling endlessly, doom scrolling through these dark headlines or these super dark news cycles and different things that people are talking about.

You know what I'm saying? And so like saying to yourself, I'm going to stop being a puppet of

the headlines. I'm going to stop continuing on with the articles, the soundbites, the secrets,
