Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent. Let's go for a walk. I am outside, but I will be using my indoor voice during this 10-minute walk. Here's the scenario. Here's the context. It is the final day of my road trip. In fact, I'm going to be leaving, heading for home in just a few minutes. If you're just joining and you haven't heard the last three episodes, I've spent the last several nights in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, visiting my daughter, their family, and meeting my new granddaughter, Savannah.

I have a ten, ten and a half hour car ride back to Myrtle Beach, and I'm going to be leaving shortly.

I think a little after 5 a.m. And I wanted to take a walk before I got in the car and left. I said goodbye to everybody last night. And so I'm now walking through my daughter's neighborhood. And I don't know if people
