Hi Radio Headspace family, Kei Sungu here. I'm excited to let you know about a

0:05.8

brand new podcast from Headspace Studios called Dear Headspace. It's a call and

0:12.2

advice show where anyone can get advice from the headspace teachers on just

0:16.9

about any topic. We talk about relationships, love, work, friendships, life,

0:25.1

mindfulness and so much more. In fact, I'm so excited about it that I'm going

0:31.6

to play a clip from the show right now. This clip is from the second episode and

1:20.8

things that are happening in this country, all of the things that are happening in

1:26.2

this world. So I think I would just start there just saying yeah I'm in a

1:32.0

space of just feeling a bit distraught, feeling a bit overwhelmed and just

1:38.7

accepting that this is where I'm at right now. And I think that I don't think I

1:44.6

know that that's okay. And when you say that you mean the part about being

1:49.2

stressed out, you're not speaking about the scrolling or the watching the

1:53.8

news. You're just speaking about just general space of like I am here and I

1:58.2

have to acknowledge I'm here. Actually I think I'm saying okay so at all.
