Could you take a moment to just look at your situation,

almost step outside of your current circumstance

of someone who really loves, supports, and believes in you.

I think about that for a second.

Whatever you're going through, say, okay, let's talk about a divorce, right? It's reality. There's nothing

uncommon about them. I was divorced in my 20s. In that moment, if I was to time travel back I had all sorts of thoughts all sorts of negative emotion I was very afraid

I didn't know what to experience in the unknown as someone who was separated from my husband. I was also living in Australia

by myself without family. And I felt embarrassed. I felt like I failed at something. I felt ashamed of the situation, ashamed of

really not being mature and wise enough to even know really what I was getting into with someone I hadn't even known that long before we decided to make this commitment.

And the way that I spoke to myself at that time. It wasn't nice. That was some enemy talk. That was almost like my,
