Today's episode of walking as fitness comes with a challenge.

At the end of the episode, I'd like you to sit down, maybe with a piece of paper, maybe with your phone, whatever, however you like to write things down.

And I'd like you to come up with 10 different places that you could walk today.

Maybe it's 10 places that you have walked, but write down 10 different places that if you had to, you could walk today.

this happening, but that I guess is beside the point. And Dana posted that she had to walk

somewhere else because there was an escaped fugitive in the woods behind her house.

And it had been two days. So obviously there was news that because of this fugitive, stay inside, don't go outside,

and Dana normally would walk in her neighborhood, I guess. And the escaped fugitive she couldn't do that didn't feel safe doing that understandably so she drove to the outlets and did her daily walk at the outlets. She had another place to walk.
