Hello friends. Happy Monday. I hope your day is tuning you well. I hope you had a good weekend.

I definitely did. I have maybe my perfect Sunday. We'll talk about that in a minute, but

yeah, I feel really rested and ready to begin to a new week. I started my coaching program today

or I launched it. It doesn't start until April, but I'm feeling really good about that. I feel

excited and I also feel pretty vulnerable. I think this is the longest I've ever gone without

taking action on something that I thought was a good idea, that I really knew I was going to do.

I started thinking about this back in like November, December, and you know we're in March and

launching it in April. I really took my time to make sure number one that I was fully committed,

that I was 100% listening to something that felt bigger than myself, not just my current whim.

I did a few test runs with some people one-on-one sessions. I was just kind of like, is this still

feeling right? I talked about it in therapy for weeks and I am so grateful that I did that because

I feel like I'm really coming into it with alignment. I feel I know that I'm

doing the right thing at the right time in the right way and it still feels really vulnerable,

you know? It's just a little like I hope that people want to do it.

I'm gonna get a little bit woo with you for a second. It's like

I have this really deep feeling that I my desire for coaching came at like a time for a reason

and that the right people already kind of feel drawn to work with me in this way and that they

have just been waiting for me to open the door and so I'm just kind of opening the door and I feel like

the people who it's for will just feel it. They'll kind of feel like, is it for me?

That sounds so woo of me and maybe it is woo of me but I can't I can't not feel that way.

You know what I mean? But we'll see. I'm also not doing the very good job of marketing it because
