I kind of wanted to talk about my philosophy which is actually an acronym

called P. Okay. It's perseverance, encouragement and evolution.

So, perseverance is always going, even when the times get rough,

especially as like recent college grads

that are kind of trying to figure this out.

We've always just like kept on going

and trying to find solutions as well as we could, either through mentors or friends.

And then the next one is encouragement.
