last year, last year. It's been a big shift for her.

She's experiencing all the changes that come with that life experience which I've also been through.

I was divorced in my 20s.

And it's interesting now because of course I have a lot of perspective there's been so much space I've been happily married now for 14 years to my husband heath.

But as I look back now even on that experience that I had even even though at the time, my gosh, the turmoil, the heartbreak,

oh, I feel like I've blocked it even, I've forgotten about it.

When I think about it now from the perspective of a 40 year old woman, I feel differently.

Because so often we think something like a divorce and maybe this could apply to being laid off from a job or something else happening in your life that you feel didn't work out or that was a failure.

The way that I think about it now is with such appreciation and even a real joy in my heart.

Sometimes I think we tell the wrong story. We think that something failed because it didn't work out, because it didn't go all the distance, go to the very end,

but it was a failure, it was something that wasn't good.

There's an old joke that you know that's not love that's dog fighting right

going all the way to the death.

But I think this, especially as I walk around the streets of such a romantic city here in Paris, I think,

maybe if you're lucky, life gives you more than one love.

Maybe if you're lucky, you can experience and treasure each one.
