Who in your life needs you to step up?

Who in your life needs you to be a hero, not a victim,

to put that cape on and to become extraordinary?

I look back a few years ago in my life when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer

and just last night she said to me baby the thing that made the difference for me

she said you stepped in and you said, I will do whatever it

takes for you to beat this. And I can remember saying that to myself and I can remember

saying it to her and you know what I didn't have all the answers but I knew if I didn't step into that if I didn't step into that greatness and say I am

committed to help you do whatever it takes to win and be successful that you know know what, if I was crumbling mentally, there was a good

chance she was going to crumble mentally, and I'm not saying that just because of that cancer

would have beat us, but you know what, people need you to step up. I knew in that moment, I needed to step up.

I knew it needed to step up for her, for my children, for myself, for our community,

for our friends. I needed to step into that greatness and I'm challenging you to do the same.

There's someone in your life right now that needs you. There's a prospect that needs you.

There's a friend that needs you. There's someone in your family that needs you to step up, get

out of your head and get into massive action. And oh by the way, when that was going on

with my wife, I didn't stop working. I kept working. I did everything. I supported her. I was there for

her. I didn't go out and tell the world that she had cancer. No, instead I did my job

with inspired action and that during that time period, what was fascinating when I look back we had a lift in my performance yes I actually

Improved my business during that time when most people would be completely stressed when most people would be

freaked out out of their mind I didn't buy into that I stayed in my routine because

I knew if I did that that was going to be another example of standing for her greatness, standing for her health.
