There have been so many studies on aging

that it's probably impossible to count them all,

let alone coordinate all their data.

There are studies that look at how our cells age,

how our genetic traits affect our rate of aging how environmental

factors make certain organs age faster than others just endless but a new study

is looking at aging from a new angle. At what age do we think old age begins?

Huh, okay, so this is more about perception than actual aging.

Right. And the findings are pretty interesting.

It turns out our perception of when old age starts

is trending upward.

I mean, that's not really a surprise.

I mean, we're living longer, we're retiring later.
