Dr. Berg talks about when consuming a high-fat diet dangerous. People who have a problem, health problems due to consuming a high-fat diet ALWAYS are at the same time consuming high carbs (this also goes with protein too) at the same time. When you consume high amounts of dietary fat with LOW CARBS - YOU WILL not have a problem. But the combination of high fat - high carbs or high protein - high carbs dramatically spike insulin - and this is when you get into trouble. Doing keto (ketogenic diet) and intermittent fasting will keep you out of trouble with insulin despite high fat calories.
