and we are now at episode 100.

For the past almost a year now, I've been doing my weekly uploads but this has been

such an incredible experience and I am so grateful for every single incredible person who has come on the show, all of these powerful

and inspiring women that I admire and they've shared their stories, they've shared their

triumphs, but they've also shared their struggles, and the vulnerability

is just so beautiful, and I'm, like, so touched.

And for those of you who have been listening for a while, you know, there is one question that I end every single naked beauty interview with,

and that is, when do you feel most beautiful?

So I wanted to put together this compilation

of my guests explaining when they feel most beautiful.

So for a lot of my guests, they felt most beautiful that moment after the shower or taking a bath.

That's a very common theme.

I feel the most beautiful like right after I took a shower and I get into my room and I just like lay out and air dry.

Yes. Right after I get out of the shower.
