privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi my friends, it's Sally Clarkson again and I'm so happy to invite you into this place

and I hope that you get a cup of tea or coffee or that you are just relaxing some

way in the car because my desire is that this can be a time of you breathing, of being

encouraged because I just think all of you are my heroes. Those of you who are walking

with the Lord, you are seeking to please him and trying to pursue a journey of ideals.

And you know that I've been going slowly through some of my chapters on desperate hope

for the mom who needs to breathe and I am thrilled today to have a dear friend of mine

join me and I just want to welcome Rich White. Hi Ruth. Hi Sally, it's so good, it's

so good to be here. I know Ruth is a dear friend and she has, tell us, Rich, just a little

bit about yourself and about your blog and just some of the things that you do because

I think you and I started out around the same time in terms of blogging and pursuing women

and so it's just been really fun to follow you and to see how the Lord is really blessed

with what you're doing. Yeah, well, I, that was probably 10 years ago. I think when I started

an online mom ministry and honestly my kids were pretty little at that time. I have four

children and they, their age is now. Tyler is 17. Bella is 15. Noah is 13 and Sophia is 10.

So about 10 years ago, I was at home and they were all very little and I felt, I felt trapped

honestly in motherhood. I felt alone. I was just trying to survive, I think. Like many

of our listeners. Exactly. And I, at that time, somehow came across the mission of motherhood,
