U.S. stocks are higher at the open. The S&P 500 is up two tenths per cent, or about four

points now at 1992. Now Jones industrial average up a tenth of a percent or 20 points to

17,019 and the

Nasdaq's of a quarter percent or 11 points to 4685.

Ten year Treasury down 2.30 seconds, the yield 1.88 percent, a yield on the

2 year 0.91 percent. 9 the 2-year 0.91 percent.

9x crude oil down 2.2 percent or 83 cents to 3746 a barrel.
