I know. One second. So I will that that's the last time I'll talk about it. That's a lie because he has been listening to it now which has been

amazing. Yeah that's really cool. Thank you onus. Yeah we've got another

fam which is which is really cool. Well we're here to talk about Perry Bay FEM because

Lauren and Matt recorded a phenomenal podcast on the ground.

If you miss that, it came out on Saturday after the race and it was amazing.

And we're going to dive into a little bit of behind the scenes about them recording the

podcast on the ground.

But we had to gather as a group to talk about the race

more specifically tactics during the race

and stuff that we picked up from the broadcast.

So we're going to dive into all of that. Maybe we'll do a little bit of AMSEL gold previewing because that's coming up in just a couple days. Plus, we could talk about Burbance appeal because it was phenomenal and that happened this week as well.

But we'll start with Perreubei FEM.

A phenomenal race, a dry addition, we thought it was maybe the cobbles would be wet or there'd be some puddles on the side of the road but for the most

part it was completely dry because the day was pretty warm and it ended up being a

sprint to the line with a select group of riders.
