I survived another one, huh?

Nine days this time?

Well, actually, eight days, because first stage was cancelled, but yeah no less tough.

I think yeah this was an unrelenting dearer I mean every day was it was a tough day

always up and down a lot of climbing and yeah not really many sprint days in the end but yeah the

last stage was another hot one incident in here, some more notable climbs but not super steep, so just the kind of climb that drags on, you know, long and enough pace that you're just dropping or sweat and just, yeah, I feel like

your perceived rate of exhaustion.

The exertion goes so much out of work in the heaters. Not much power feels like a lot.

Also the end of a stage race but yeah anyway we came over the top

of that client as a team in three Blanca Anna Shackley and I and there were quite a lot of attacks after the climb and we also

were quite keen to try take one last opportunity you know getting a break away but nothing really stuck then it was

downhill fast all the way to the finish so we sprinted for Blanca but yeah it was a it was a

tricky full gas front, that one.

And yeah, Blanca just, I mean,

it was difficult to check and I

on the best lead-out train, but so So yeah, she rode to top 10 or something.

But yeah, it was not a bitter end to the Jura, I think we were really happy with the Jura as a team.

We definitely had a lot to celebrate and yeah I mean it was

super enjoyable and super cool. Obviously like my own expectations I didn't really meet. I be honest

my writing was a little bit inconsistent and that's not what you need for

for a tour in G.C but I think it's also part of the challenge you know to just put that behind you and like
