I like took a week off and now I forgot how to podcast.

Yeah, that's a subtle thing.

And joining us again, we've got Lauren Rowney.

Lauren, it's so good to see you again.

I'm really happy to be here. I'm super, I was going to say stoked, but that was just, I don't know,

excited because I just watched the junior 19 women's TT and the

Ozzy took gold. She won. Felicity Wilson Huffington is the new world champion and I had a bit of an inkling that she was going to take out the title because they were very confident a couple of weeks ago when I saw the Ozzy's here in Broge and her coach as well

said that she was going well and it was a course that suited her so that's really

really exciting I think it's been about almost 10 years maybe since the last junior women took

the World Championship Jersey.

So that's really cool. Well then a great time to have Matilda Reynolds back on the podcast.
