today we have a little snippet of an interview that I had with Ezra Trump.

Ezra is the new general manager of the women's EF education

canendale team.

She's worked with teams like Park Hotel Valckenberg and helped to start the Yumbo- Vizma team when they first kicked off and so she she knows quite a bit about starting a brand new team and she got to do that again with E.F Education

Canada. She built a really amazing roster of riders, young riders, experienced

riders, riders who are super aggressive.

One of the things that she looked for is riders who are exciting to watch.

If you know anything about the men's team,

then you know that the team really likes riders that not only make an impact on the

race but are entertaining and engaging off the bike and she found a ton of that

for the new E.F Education Canadaale team.

I had a blast chatting with her
