The So, Good morning.

God morning to you.

I feel you. I hear you. Quiet town. Come back down into the heart.

Right now you are not to lose touch with me. I am the sound. I am the voice of the sound. I am the

love, the womb, the mother, and the son, a silence and this tolling, it is your time.

While I was in a C. C. Italy, I went down below St. Francis's Basilica to sit in front of his tomb. As you walk in, there's a line to the left, and you walk around the back of it and you exit on the right, but if you're blessed,

the pews that are to the left that are to the right will be open but they weren't when I walked in on this last day but as I approached the front row on the left directly in front of the

tomb, the seat opened and I sat there and I gave thanks and I immediately began to pray the rosary.

It was my constant practice in a C.C. that and the Hanaman Chalice.

And so I began to pray the rosary, but I can't help but notice the thousands of people streaming in,

the thoughts streaming in, that could feel God saying can you let the thoughts come and go as the people do?

Can you focus only on the tomb right there in the midst of the people.

Can you focus only on the love,

right there in the midst of the thoughts,

practices come and go.

Hail Mary's come and go, Rams, Hari Krishna, Hanumanchalisas come and go, but the love remains.

A love is all that matters, the

the names, the practices, the chance, they stir the love, they stir me.

I remember Sri Sri Sri Ravi Shankar saying to whom you pray is not important,

whereas religion puts words to the prayer and adds symbols and rituals to it,

the prayer itself transcends them.
