So one of the most interesting things about this crisis that we're experiencing is that

we're all going through it together and at the same time, globally, we are all faced with

a singular enemy.

That people are choosing to experience this crisis seemingly very differently.

I saw a graphic online about the different zones in which people exist during this crisis.

Oh, expand on that idea here.

So the first zone is the fear zone.

Those are people who are running through Costco and are stockpiling toilet paper, hand sanitizer

and masks in their garage.

People in the fear zone are continually ingesting the news media and ranting on social media.

They're always complaining and expressing their outrage or snarky comments.

They are forwarding the doom and gloom related articles, the latest death counts and catastrophizing

everything to everyone around them who will listen.

It's almost like they're taking it on as an active responsibility or something.

That being a carrier and transmitter of the fear virus is giving them a new sense of

purpose and meaning.

You have to stay away from these active carriers of the fear virus.

Then there are those who are in the learning zone.

Now, here people are finally starting to give up what they can't control.
