0:13.6	So once a father and a son went to a kite flying festival, the young son became very happy,
0:19.1	seeing the sky filled with colorful kites.
0:21.8	The son asked his father to get him a kite and some string with a roller so that he could
0:26.2	fly a kite too.
0:27.2	The father went to the shop at the park where the festival was being held and purchased
0:31.2	a kite with a roller for his son.
0:34.4	His son started to fly his kite.
0:36.6	Soon his kite reached high up into the sky.
0:39.8	After a while the son said father, it seems that the string is holding back the kite
0:45.1	from flying even higher.
0:46.8	If we cut the string, it will be free to fly even higher.
0:51.7	Can we cut the string, Dad?
0:53.4	The son begged.
0:54.8	Before the father did as his son asked and cut the string from the roller.
0:59.6	The kite started to go a little higher, that made the son very happy.
1:04.2	But then slowly the kite started to come down.
1:07.7	And soon it came crashing down on a terrace of a building way off into the distance.
1:13.6	The young son was surprised to see this.
1:16.2	He had cut the kite loose from its strings but it could fly higher.
