How they came up with the idea to start the Inscarpment Run.

I started running, when I was in college, you know, I didn't run in college.

I start picked it up as sort of a pass time.

And I started running with a friend of mine named Barry Hopkins, the late Barry Hopkins.

And he introduced me to trails.

And at about that time, I started getting more dedicated to my running.
