Hello, welcome to another episode of Pop Bear Hikes.

At the end of every episode, I always tell everybody to be safe when they go out and enjoy

the outdoors.

Well, there's a lot that goes into being safe and knowledge doesn't guarantee us that

we're going to be safe.

What we can do is we can learn what we can do to protect ourselves or increase our

chances of getting out with less of an injury than we might have it started with, or I mean

things ending worse than they could, if we're prepared for these injuries.

Like I said, the knowledge is going to stop the injuries from happening.

Seasoned hikers are always getting hurt on the trail, but how do you get out of that?

How do you deal with the injuries?
