I'm talking about great work like photographs, videos, you know, enter your craft here. Whatever it is that you do, that you think of yourself as a creator around these particular activities. or some greatness in that craft is simply the get in the door fee yeah we need to be good at our

craft but when it comes to getting a job around doing that craft which is not for everybody to be good at our craft. But when it comes to getting a job around doing that craft,

which is not for everybody, to be fair, but if you are seeking to get hired for your craft,

when it comes to getting that job, a thing that you can't see matters. And it matters a lot.

Hiring for someone who is hiring for, say, the craft that you do,

hiring depends in part on intangibles.

The total package that someone brings to the table,

whether that package includes experience or vigor or passion or positivity,

wisdom, naivety, intensity, technical knowledge, or whatever.

We know not in any particular moment all of the things that go in, But what we do know is that it is a total
