You know, when we think about innovation,

all we think about is companies innovating.

We don't think about us innovating,

not as an us being innovative,

but us innovating as individuals.

This is a Netflix DVD, right?

This is their old business model that they had.

You would rent a DVD from them that would ship it to you.

You don't watch it and take a week,

two weeks, three weeks,

that were going up against Blockbuster.

They didn't have the late fees.

Santa Mac, they'll send you the next movie

and it was a basic model they had, right?

I found this out this last week.

I was unboxing because I moved into a new house

and I'm going through all my stuff.

I found this.

So here's what's crazy about this one I look at, right?

This business model,

if they would have stayed like this,

they would have been out of business.
