frequency. And this frequency is going to be specific to you. So you're going to pick a single word.

I'm going to pick abundance. And that's the frequency that I'm wanting to apply to myself for today

for this podcast and going forward. But you can pick any word that aligns with the frequency that you like. And what we're going to do is we're going to take a deep breath in. And as we're taking this deep breath, we're going to say the word over and over and over and really build ourselves up in that frequency. And then we're going to hold our breath. And as we're holding our breath, we're going to do something in that state, whether it's giving or going to work or riding in a
