vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. In this episode, we're going to be

talking about achieving your positive mindset, what it's like when you're in that frequency

and how the law of attraction, living in abundance, all those things can come into play with your highest self. But before we get started, we're going to take a few seconds where we can slow down, zero in, and really enjoy this time together. We're going to take a nice deep breath. This is going to be a high frequency, deep breath where we can become the frequency that we want to become. So what we're going to do is on the breath in, we're going to pick a frequency that we want to align with. I'm going to pick abundance. So I'm going to say abundance over and over and over as I breathe in. And then as we hold the deep breath, we're going to imagine ourselves doing something in that state so we can really visualize us living that frequency
