Four minutes after ten is a time. Of all the things that I wish I could do, I was thinking about this the other day, I was putting together a Spotify playlist of my favorite house tunes, C-H-O-N-S. If you know, you know. Of all the things I wish I could do, I wish I'd been able to DJ. You know, I've been lucky enough to meet some of my heroes over the years, Graham Park, Dave Haslam and others. and I wish I'd been able to DJ.

And I sometimes think that the skills

you need to DJ are the same skills you need to sort of hit your junctions and your jingles on time

on the radio. It's about having an internal sense of rhythm. And thank you to everybody who noticed

that I just made a complete pig's ear of this morning's attempt to sort of straddle the sound effects towards the end of the little 60 second talk up that I get at the end of Nick and, of course, today, Tom's program.

But I don't think anyone's put it better than Havier, who writes, I love you.

But do you want to try that intro again, James?

And then adds, I'm glad you weren't in charge of the Artemis launch.

Which is, I think, a nice place to put the bar, the banter bar, early doors this morning.

If you can be funnier than Havier in the course of today's program, then you run a very

real risk of having your contribution read out on the program.

I mean, this is one of those mornings where I think you have to treat the abnormality with a modicum

of normality.

Do you know what I mean? I think you

agree with me now, if you didn't already, that it is incredibly liberating to simply acknowledge

and remember that Donald Trump is a deranged liar. Anybody, it was a message last week, wasn't it?

Was it last week the fellow who texted in to say, I don't know why you talk about people you don't know.

And the idea that anybody is unaware of why what Donald Trump is doing in Iran is of absolutely epic importance to everybody in this country, I think has now disappeared.

Some of the stranger messages of 2026 probably suggesting that, oh, he lives

rent free in your head. I can't, I can't. I mean, it's a bit like questioning why you're

talking about an enormous rock that is being tossed into the pond that you live in with the

subsequent rippolef. And by rock, I mean something the size of Gibraltar.
