We had a great show yesterday.

We had 170,000 views and lots and lots and lots of very positive letters.

People seem to like a legal analysis of what's going on and trying to bring the law to bear on the politics.

You know, I didn't, after the analysis of the checks and balances, I didn't predict how the courts would

come out really on these cases. And, you know, Nostradershowitz or I do have to make some

predictions. And so my predictions are several. Number one, Trump will lose some of the cases ultimately

in the Supreme Court. For example, I think he will lose the birthright citizenship case.

I don't think that the court will hold that the president alone can deny somebody who's

born in the United States, birthright citizenship.

Now, Congress, however, can determine who is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States,

and that's also in the 14th Amendment.

So although I think that absent congressional action, Trump might lose that one.

Ultimately, he can get Congress maybe to change the law and turn that defeat into a victory.

On most of the other actions, I think Trump will win.
