You know, before we started recording, you mentioned that it's sort of easy to look at COVID restrictions that

were imposed in 2020 and 2021 in the rearview mirror. A whole lot of

businesses were simply shut down.

Our understanding of this virus changed pretty dramatically over the time period of government

shutdowns and other sort of disruptions that we saw throughout the economy.

and you have one of those based in Washington DC.
